2. Great News – Google Trends One Click Away

When you log into your NicheBOT account and are looking at the keywords within a keyword list — you’ll notice a NEW addition to the righthand side Analysis column.

The hyperlink says “Google Trends.”

Click on that hyperlink of the corresponding keyword phrase and you’ll be able to see a REAL LIVE search trend activity report for that keyword phrase on Google.

For instance, if you are in the soccer niche market, this is what a Google Trends report would show:

Since 50% of the entire world searches on Google, these trends — one might say — are pretty accurate (of course, Google does NOT release their actual Search Volume).

For instance, I have a keyword list for soccer and the second word on the list is “soccer betting” and here is what the Google Trends report shows:

As you can see — there was a spike in the keyword during 2006 and it basically FLAT-LINED later on in the year.

A good indication that the keyword is purely seasonal.

Would this be a great keyword to position a soccer website for?

Probably not!

Either way — this addition really can add another layer of decision making to your keyword selection.

Another great thing about the Google Trends report for a keyword is that it supplies KEY current events that occurred during high spikes.

Yup — if you are just having TOO much trouble with the numerous choices in the side navigation, you’ll be able to switch to Easy Mode and suddenly your troubles will disappear. ;o)

There will also be another particular keyword collection process that will speed things up DRAMATICALLY.

I’ll have more on that when the release is near.

If you like the NicheBOT interface as it is right now — then nothing will change.

However, you will have the option if you like to change to Easy Mode and use the other method of acquiring keywords.
