So how does it work?

Using the screenshot above as a guide, let’s go through the steps. As an initial matter, you will be able to import either a CSV (spreadsheet) or a TXT (text) file:

1. Browse file — to easily find the file you would like to import, make sure you have the file ready on your Desktop. Hit the “Browse” button and seek out the file you wish to import on your Desktop. You will also have the option to “Discard the first line (column headings)” which is only used for CSV (spreadsheet) files which have column headers of what the different columns of data mean. If you have a text file you are importing, you can disregard this box.

2. Import into this folder — here, you may select the exact Project Folder you wish to place your imported keywords. As shown in Step 1 of each help bubble on the front page, the first priority of any smart keyword researcher is to create a folder to file your keyword results into. Okay — so select a folder from your drop-down menu and let’s move onto picking the…

3. File Format — here is where you pick the format of the file you are importing. Please choose either CSV or TXT.

4. CSV Options (if applicable) — if you are importing a CSV, you will need to choose whether you are importing a tab delimited or comma delimited CSV. You should know from the manner in which you previously saved this file as to which option to pick. Lastly, it’s time to pick how many fields your CSV contains, type that into the box provided and you will be presented with a drop-down menu to choose and match up the different columns you have contained in your CSV. There are 3 columns of data you can import:

a. Keyword

b. Count (search demand)

c. Competition

How simple was that?

Now those keywords lists you gathered before have no reason to be ignored!

And now you can easily take your NicheAday.com keyword list(s) and begin manipulating them in no time without even having to spend a NicheBOT Premium Credit.

With this just being one of the several improvements at NicheBOT 2 over the past few months, it almost seems boundless what you can do here.

There’s nothing better than giving a NicheBOT 2 user the gift of granting their wish of what they need to do with their keyword projects. Our motto…

NicheBOT 2 now gives users the ability to quickly and easily copy keyword projects to keep the integrity of the original search in tact. There’s nothing worse than accidentally deleting potentially crucial keywords from a project that you didn’t mean to.

Sometimes, we often get things stuck in our heads and we do something in the moment that we regret later and have a change of heart.

The Copy Projects feature will allow users to be worry-free about manipulating their data while the original data returned from Google, WordTracker and Keyword Discovery is left untouched…

There are three different ways to copy your NicheBOT 2 keywords project:

1. Selected — whatever keywords you select within the Keyword Reporting Page will be copied to your new project. So you can select only certain keywords you wish to isolate. This means you must place a check in the box to the left of the keyword (shown in the screenshot above).

2. All (regardless of filter) – this feature will copy every single keyword within the keyword project to a new keyword project, leaving the original search data in tact, of course.

3. Visible – if you have filtered any keywords which are in the background of your keyword project, this feature will not copy those keywords. It will only copy the keywords that are visible within the entire project. This is great to use after you have filtered keywords according to your criteria and only want to work with those keywords in a new project. After you copy the visible keywords, you can then release the filter and your the complete keyword data is restored to its original state.
