There is only one thing unclear to me.

When I do keyword research and want to select a keyword or phrase to use in articles or even for a website name, I don't know what the min search count and the max competition should be when I set the filter.

I once read that the min search count should be 30 and the max competition should not be more than 15000.

Is this true or what will one suggest?
