Dear Support team,

I have been downloading your tutorial video zip files, but I am not able to play any of them on my computer as it does not recognize the file, please how can I view these files from my system instead of from the internet? Thanks.

On the download of the tutorial zips, you need to make
sure that you have the Adobe Flash plug-in. You can
find that plug-in right here:
