Message:: I'm confused by how the premium credits work. If I have enough premium credits to use a premium service, will it cost me any more money? Why would I have to pay more for premium service if I was to have enough credits? I would rather not spend any more money than the monthly subscription fee.

Hi,
The way NicheBOT works is that you pay a basic subscription rate which includes access to your NicheBOT account, plus delivers a certain amount of premium credits to your account each billing cycle.

How much you pay depends on how many premium credits you think you will need. The LITE user subscription includes 50 premium credits monthly. The AVID user subscription includes 130 premium credits monthly plus access to the Weekly LIVE call in event.

We also have quarterly, semi-annual and annual billing packages that give you bonus credits and/or discounts on pricing.

Premium credits are good for the lifetime of your account. This means if you don't use your credits, they roll-over to the next month. If you choose to cancel your account, your credits and all your information will remain intact for 1 year. Meaning you may renew your subscription from within your account within that year and retrieve all your credits and information.
